Data Deletion Instructions

What data we store
dailymotiv8 stores the minimum data required to deliver your daily affirmation via WhatsApp:
- Your phone number (used for WhatsApp delivery and login)
- Your selected affirmation categories
- Your preferred delivery time and timezone
- A log of which quotes have been sent to you (to avoid repeats)
We do not store WhatsApp profile information, message content you send us, or any data from Meta/Facebook.
How to delete your data
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data using any of the following methods:
Option 1: From your settings
- Log in to your account at dailymotiv8.com/settings
- Scroll to the “Danger zone” section at the bottom
- Click “Delete account”
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Via WhatsApp
Reply STOP to any dailymotiv8 message to immediately stop all deliveries. To also delete your account data, reply DELETE.
Option 3: Contact us by email
Send a deletion request to privacy@dailymotiv8.com with the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion.
What happens when you delete
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Your phone number and account record
- Your category preferences
- Your delivery schedule and timezone
- Your delivery history (which quotes were sent)
- Any authentication sessions
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again in the future, you will start with a fresh account.
Processing time
In-app and WhatsApp deletion requests are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
