Agreement to terms

By using dailymotiv8 (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by dailymotiv8 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

What the Service does

dailymotiv8 delivers one daily affirmation quote via WhatsApp based on the categories you select, at the time you choose, in your local timezone. The Service is free to use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

• You sign up using your phone number, verified via WhatsApp
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number
• One account per phone number
• You can delete your account at any time from the settings page

Message delivery

• We send a maximum of one message per day
• Delivery depends on WhatsApp availability and your network connection
• We do our best to deliver on schedule but cannot guarantee exact timing
• You can pause or stop deliveries at any time
• Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop all deliveries

Content

Affirmation quotes are curated for positive wellbeing. While we aim for accuracy in attribution, we do not guarantee that every quote is correctly attributed to its original author. The content is provided for personal inspiration only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems to interact with the Service

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dailymotiv8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
